On April 18, the YouTube channel Channel Fullmoon uploaded a new video titled, “If you look closely at ‘Resident Playbook’… It’s fun, right? Yes.”

The video featured “Resident Playbook” (tvN weekend drama) cast members Go Youn-jung, Shin Si-ah, Kang Yoo-seok, Han Hye-ji, and creator Shin Won-ho. During the conversation, Na Young-seok asked Go Youn-jung if she had lived an ordinary life before becoming an actress.

Go Youn-jung shared, “I’ve been drawing since middle school. I was good at art and had many interests,” revealing that she also had experience in ballet and figure skating.

She added, “I only did figure skating for two school breaks, but they never let me try jumps—only spins. So I eventually pursued art and got into university.”

Her journey into acting began thanks to a university magazine. “My friend from the photography department told me to apply to ‘College Tomorrow’ magazine. About three days later, I got a call, and after the magazine came out, I started receiving casting offers,” she explained.

When Na Young-seok asked, “So as soon as your face appeared in the magazine, offers started pouring in?” Go Youn-jung replied, “Yes, I think I got contacted by about four places.”

Na Young-seok jokingly responded, “I should get photographed for a magazine tomorrow,” making everyone laugh.
